Guild Alliance Addon

My guild is currently looking to become alliances with another guild. We have looked at whats out there but they all seem to have one thing in common, they won't let you have your own guild event without sending it to the alliance guild(s). Both my guild and the other guild would like to work with each other but still be independent from each other and have our own events. Could someone please come up with an addon like this or add the feature to an already existing addon.
