Need an experts brain!

Im in the process of makin my UI, But before I do the whole process I want to know if it is possible to move the little information pop up screen in the Lower Right corner (It shows when you Hover over a NPC or a Skill showing details about that object) If so is it possible to move it with say MoveAnything? And if so whats the frame name/id? or must a script be put into account? Thanks for input!

its called the tooltip. And yes you can use like tiptop to move it.

There are other tooltips for like the mico bar and fires etc those need to be moved with lua.
