does anybody know this targetting addon?

Ive been searchong hours for this addon ive used to use before.

It's kinda like the pic. (Even tho the pic is not WoW)

When you target a character, you and the character is connected by a green line.

When the target is out of range, the line turns red.

I will really appreciate if anyone can help me out.

That is a WildStar addon.

Edit: Noticed on second read that you already know this is not a wow addon.
To make my reply somewhat useful, I don't think such an addon is possible in wow anymore since the changes to camera API in order to break AVR.

Yeah i know the pic is from a different game

But there was an addon for WoW that had similar features.

Cant remember which addon it was

The first thing that comes to mind is Crosshairs and NamePlateAdvance2.

Yes, there was an addon like that for WoW, back in the Wrath of the Lich King expansion. It was called AVR, and Blizzard disapproved of it so strongly they removed the API functions that made it possible. It is no longer possible for addons to determine the facing direction or angle of the camera, so it is no longer possible to write an addon that draws things that appear to be in the 3D game world.
