I don't know how other addons provide the Wheel feature but something I am sure, it is not standard.

From the file SecureTemplates.xml :

            <OnClick function="SecureUnitButton_OnClick"/>

There is no OnMouseWheel script.

Sorry, I have fixed a issue with button click 10 to 15 in github.
