Not Working

Carbonite has been extracted, put into the addons folder, and yet it still isn't showing up on my character screen as one of my add ons. I have made sure it's the updated one, and have reinstalled it three or four times. It still doesn't show up. Is there something that I'm missing?

Look at the readme file that comes with the addon. It shows the many places your addons may live. I'm going to bet that you put it where you THINK it goes instead of where WoW is looking for it... that or you have a folder in your addons directory called Carbonite-3.220 (instead of the 3 folders that actually include the Carbonite stuff) - again, its in the readme.

So, here is what happened, and why I HATE Vista. When reinstalling WOTLK I had to move it to a public folder, and then rather than Carbonite going to both folders like everything else, it went into the "normal" one. So, I'm going to start the game up and I'm sure I'll see that it works now.
