Omnicc doesn't display the last 5 seconds of buffs/debuffs/cooldowns,etc.

Omnicc doesn't display the last 5 seconds of buffs/debuffs/cooldowns,etc. for some reason.
how do i fix this prob? i want it to see the last 5 seconds.
