Also, the problem with your suggestion would seem to be that on forums where this is a feature (at least forums I've used where this is a feature) you can only pick one option, and it's used to show which country you live in, rather than which language(s) you speak. It probably wouldn't be very hard to modify it, though, but also probably not worth the time it would take Dolby (are there any other technical staff?!) to do when there are more important things to work on like the API and Minion.
