This does not work. I even tried following the advice in the
Platebuffs comments by downloading the latest libs, but it still does not work. Sadly, it seems that Platebuffs is broken and dead.

OK it seems someone has done
an unofficial update. Like with many of these types of updates there are issues, but if all you really want is to see some buffs/debuffs, there you are.
