Oh Scott, OmniCC I believe also has cooldowns on equipped items like trinkets. I never looked to see if nUI alone handled it but if not some people might like that feature too. I personally drag any trinkets to the action bar anyway so normal action bar changes would be good enough for me
If you could make the text a bit more flexible for future enhancements that would be great. Similar to your grid hotspot suggestions in another thread.

Text Anchor (Top Left, Top Right, Bottom Left, Bottom Right, Top, Bottom, Left, Right, Center)
Text Size, Text Color etc
Even if they aren't changeable straight away if there was a way to have it changeable at a later date similar to the layout engine.
Of course, if it isn't possible no worries. As long as the 3 main values (Cooldown, Timer, Stacks) are visible and recognizable that would be fine.
