Has this feature been removed or turned off due to Cataclysm?

I am leveling on Outlands and to my knowledge nothing has changed there so the quests should all be the same. I was hoping the Carbonite...

Sorry, from a flying position. It can be a real pain when you can't properly land on a rock. Then there is a delay when you can try and land again. You either have to manually dismount at that point...
