Mega Damage



The other day, Blizzard put up a blog post titled Dev Watercooler - The Great Item Squish (or Not) of Pandaria. This talked about how the items levels on our gear (and therefor our damage output) has been increasing exponentially and discussed possible solutions to the ever-growing problem. One of these possible solutions was to abbreviate the amount of damage or healing that you output, using K for thousand or M for million. The term they jokingly referred to the abbreviation as was "mega damage". The author of this addon thought that it was a great idea (and so did my hubby when I showed him). Using the same graphic from the blog's screenshot, this addon will splash how much "MEGA DAMAGE" or "MEGA HEALING" you do. The graphic is displayed when you do over 30,000 damage or healing, accompanied by the Arcanite Ripper sound effect.

As an arcane mage, maybe. However, if you play a non-OP class, you won't be seeing this too often probably :p

May have to turn it down to 10k for a Rogue ;)

Looks like it has a few new features, including one to set the threshold to what you prefer.
