I found out what causes OmniCC to now show in Bartender3 for me. Anything below a scale of 60% causes it to fail. I can have the rows, padding, etc configured however. If I set the scale to 55% (which those bars were) OmnICC doesn't show up. If I set them to 60% scale (The scale of my lower row of buttons) it works just fine....
