The profiles are simply not working. Not only does switching profiles get rid of all skinning options and render them unchangeable, but also puts the timer in the position of the first profile I ever made, and makes it immovable no matter what setting the Lock option is on. I also never know whats going to happen on reloading the UI.

I don't know if you've tried it (I don't remember if it works or not) but have you switched to fullscreen mode and used the UI scaler? You could also try http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info20266-UIScaler.html The UI scaler gets disable by RealUI. :(

Everything is going great here, except one thing - all of my interface elements no longer remember alpha levels. If I wan't to make the chatbox background only 50% transparent instead of 100%, for instance, it doesn't take the change when I hit "OK". I tried deactivating ColorTools, but that wasn't it.

My char frames always revert to white non-transparent background on load or reload. Also after a reload, my Combat Log which I keep seperate on my UI, gets moved literally on top of my general frame...attached like the default, but OVERLAPPING the other tabs - very strange. Edit, it is definetly Prat causing this.
