Reason I never reported it was because I just didn't care much about it as I didn't like the castbar that much anyways, the stand-a-lone castbar mod I can just do so much more with it seems than what I was able to do with the one built into your Comp, and it couldn't be because of issues outside of DecUI because it was happening both...
