It tries to promote everyone in the raid to assist if you are not the leader, giving you lots of "You aren't the party leader" spam. Would be nice if it took into account that you are a member of the raid, and used your assist to invite people from zone channel.

I haven't looked at the code, but I am guessing it is too much work to have it check spec x/x/x to see if they have this talent, so the shortest cooldown would be the best tracking.
