Not sure what happened, but changing up the bartender profile messed up the kgpanels. One of my toons is a warrior, and changing stances swaps the bottom bar with ones I have used in my sidebars. Hover over the chat window until the chat window tabs show up, then right click and unlock the tabs. Move and resize the chat window to where you want it/ how big you want it, then hover over the tab again to lock it....

What you've highlighted there is the totems part of the Pitbull interface. I'm not in front of my gaming machine right now, but go into layout, select player, and scroll through either the Indicators or Auras for the Totem, and uncheck enabled.
