Do you think you could make it possible to somewhat right-click the text and then get the list of online ppl to popup, like right-clicking your desktop(to make sure you know what i mean :P hehe) And then you can click their name to open a whisper...

The tooltip when you mouseover the text is very unfriendly to the eyes.. not to mention that it is very messy. is it possible that you could make it in collomns like fubar_GuildFu ? it is rather confusing...
