LibBabble-Spell-3.0 - This Library is no longer needed in 99% of the cases. You can get the localized name of a spell from the GetSpellInfo() API which was added in 2.4
Please consider upgrading your addon to use GetSpellInfo and not LibBabble-Spell-3.0 anymore.
