For me bags are completetly unusable for me at the moment. Every logon I have to hotkey reset them, and they cannot be moved, exept with hotkey. And even then, they stack on positioning, so If i've positioned bag 3 somewhat off center, all consecutive bags after are stacked on top of the first opened bag..resulting in offscreen bags...
