I just checked all of your screen shots, both DPS and healer. And none of them shows a casting bar. Could i request a screenshot of this as i see it as an essential part of an UI? :)
I yes, i have downloaded it and use both of them. Just thought it would be nice to see it before downloading it.

Make the bars shorter, taller and perhaps in 2 collums or into buttons with duration timers, move them down to the right side of the actionbars

I dont know if you have allready thought of this. but perhaps hide grid when solo? would remove that one single extra UF that aint needed.
Further more, cant grid be configured to start at the bottom left, and work its way up?
that way, your Raid frame wont be a single or 2 rows during heroics or 10 man.

Imo it seems that your omen and ToT frame on your healer UI could be a pixel off line on the Y axis compared to your original dps UI.
No actually, i just think it would be better looking if the ToT and omen frame where just a pixel lower. so the grey border would be the same width on all unit frames.
