Having an old spartan, did have a couple of minor issues on first load.
In the end I completely removed Spartan*, oui and bartender. Removed all relevant WTF files.
Reinstalled and then hit the issue with the blizzard artwork, removing this and resetting the profile in bartender meant I had to run...

Thank you for the feedback and commenting on CPU usage, always better coming from someone other than myself.
The sliders on the general tab only affect test bars, maybe I need to make that more obvious... the only way to limit the number of pets and players in to use the options on the Skins>Healing tab
