Hunting the last bit of cpu power here, does Runevolution (cannot download 1.4.0 yet) de-bind the target debuff events when you turn the disease-display off?
If not you may wanna add that, saves a teensy bit of CPU time for those having the disease-display off anyways.
1.4.0 makes me have ~10FPS in Dragonblight outdoors inste...

The thought of "Assessment-reborn" makes me drool.
Assessment was by FAR the best. It's menu navigation, the way it combined different elements into a single multi-segmented bar, it's minimalism while still being detailed (not needing a huge detail screen like Recount), everything.

I like this addon a lot, it's a very neat idea. I'd have two ideas for "improvements" though:
1. Give it an icon. A "@" or "ß" would be fitting as very noticable characters, IMO.
2. Make a copy which is a rep-bar, so one can load either depending on whether the char is maxed, or even both. ^_^

Yeah, but I think many authors take the slimmed down approach of LDB literally there. Display. Some data. Nothing more. ;)

If WoW doesn't provide one (not sure), maybe add DejaVu Sans Mono or it's Bold-variant to the addon and us that one?
With a monospace font you'd get around the problem when the ex-0 (now just a space) or the counting numbers keep changing the total width of the addon, which makes...
