Like Acirac said, the guildlist snapshots are sorted textually, not in dateformat. Therfor 01/03/07 is before 31/12/06 and you are not able to put 01/03/07 as the end date and 31/12/06 as the starting date.
Maybe it would be easier if you store the timestamps in date/time format and only do the formating for output.

@Alkar: I had this issue on my own and was able to solve it by reseting everything to default. If this doesn't work for you try a full clean install (delete old Healbot directory and delete the healbot.lua in your savedvariables directory)
