If there's any concrete suggestions, I will gladly consider them. But without something else to look at for comparison, I'm afraid I don't see a problem with the current design.
Anyway at the moment I'm mostly concerned with the future functionality... everyone seems to want this thing to be able to send customized messages in respo...

EXP is not wrong for a shadow priest, mage or ele shaman! Since MoP it also gives all casters 100% of the exp as hit.
I apologize, my sources told me that this didn't work for hybrid casters. I'll fix it today.
