Figured it out... Tulla CC wasn´t working. Simply update it with the new Version here on WoW Interfaces an keep the config.lua from Tulla CC ;-)
I think that OmniCC is better and updated

Thnx for answer...but Rufio is a good guy, he point me on my omission - i didnt ON ToT in blizzards-option, becouse i use before SUF/XPerl. And now i play and happy...so simple (like a standart UF), but very practical and comfortable. Thnx for good job. (P.S. War is rule)

Yes, i wish to ask it early, but myself decided : Set PartyMemberFrame on my point - edge of left (in you compilation - partyFrame on center on screen, and not see what action in game :( )
But dont touch raidframe..
And what doing with target of target? I dont see it :(
