Dual-Spec & Hotkeys

I'm having problems recently where when I update hotkeys in one spec it's changing the hotkeys in my other spec. Is there something I can look for in order to prevent this from happening? Or maybe the hotkeys have always been shared and I'm just imagining things ;), but it would be great if they were unique to the spec.

I had to disable the pulse because if I got silenced then came out of it with 30ish buttons pulsing at once it seemed to lock up my machine for a couple seconds. The pulse looks great though, and I loved it otherwise on single buttons. Great UI :)
