Never had this issue, did you installed other Addons that could interfere with it? Tried to re-install the UI? used the right Bartender Profile?

Files: Prat-3.0_1 and Prat-3.0_Libraries_1. They're not being loaded whatsoever but if it disturbs you, you can delete them without any risk of causing Prat from stopping to work.

Just by looking now in the .lua file in the WTF\SavedVariables i didn't found anything that prevent the Panels from showing up. I'll set up my UI today on the PTR to see if the Problem persists and keep you updated with a solution.

I am still having my previous problem regarding the borders. I just downloaded your new package and set it up. After setting it up I got the following:

As you can see, the frame is missing around the bartender bars. I thought kgpanels was in charge of that but it looks like it's set up correctly too...

Did you update all AddOns? Load outdated addons? kinda weird that you just miss the Panels on Bartender, do you have a screenshot?
