I'm not, but I will do some research and find out for you. I do know that all 3 spec's will have at least 2 DoT's rolling at all times as well as Curse of the Elements and Shadow and Flame debuffs... so that's 4 minimum right there. Will do some reading today and get back to you.

All of your references to "MinimapCluster" should be renamed to "Minimap". That way if someone has repositioned their minimap the DigSites will still display properly at the correct location. There is also an LUA error being thrown on the ClearAllPoints call when entering combat.

I'm unable to get the tooltip to anchor to the center of the screen on either the left or the right side of the screen. Setting the anchor to "LEFT" is actually placing it on the "TOPLEFT". The right side is also true... setting it to "RIGHT" places it on the "TOPRIGHT". This occurs on the Beta servers and the PTR.

For fights like Gruul where you have to stay below the off-tank on threat it doesn't really matter how your threat compares to the main tank. I've always pulled bars out from Omen to get them right next to my HUD so I don't have to look all over the screen to watch different things.
