Thank you for giving FauxMazzle a try, I do hope you enjoy it. Love the look of this UI, but I can't seem to get it to work with my resolution. At most, my resolution is 1440 x900 (wide). Anways to work around that so FauxMazzle would work for me? Greatly appreciate it! Good day! 1440x900 doesn't show up on my list, the closes...

Greatly appreciate it! Good day! 1440x900 doesn't show up on my list, the closest I can display (and configure for) is 1366x768 or 1360x768.

I was actually just trying that, but it only works the first time. If I open the frame again (/ag) and hit esc, the frame remains and the regular esc menu opens. That's beacuse you are creating a new frame with each /ag but the only frame pointer stored is the one included in the original tinsert. Give your frame a truly uni...

I know it must be frustrating when ... Actually it's nice to hear what other addons people use and like, you never know when one in the package might break and need replacing :).

Hi Zole, Thank you for trying FauxMazzle, I'm glad you like it. I think the reason most people avoid AutoBar is that it's a hybrid of Ace 3 and the way-out-of-date Ace2 libraries and it's showing signs of stress because of it (I can't get the level 90 Health pots to show on it for example even though they are listed in the item f...

Re: Additional resolutions
Posted By: Fizzlemizz
I greatly appreciate the effort put into making an up to date version of mazzle, but was wondering if it was possible to include other resolutions, or at least a work around for those of us without 1920x1080 laptops. I am currently using 1600x900 on my laptop, and would be more than happy to help get it to work. I'll have a look...

It's looking great! Good job! Do you have plans to support 2560 x 1440 at any point? If you want to buy me a monitor that supports that resolution sure ;). I'm not sure how far the background images can stretch before looking distorted thus requiring a new larger set..

I'm liking what you have done. I am curious/concerned with your choice of sRaidFrames since it appears to be a long dead addon. And yes, I do realize I can replace it with my own choice but I'd like to understand your reasoning first. A few of the addons are no longer maintained but I'm using them because they still work and I k...

Re: Mazzle UI
Posted By: Fizzlemizz
Hi Uitat, Thank you for the note. Mazzlefizz is/was, always will be (I assume), most stridently of an "All Rights Reserved" stance where his code was involved, therefore, respectfully, none of his code is contained in FauxMazzle (hence the faux part). FauxMazzle is just my interpetation of the MazzleUI look and feel and a b...

Just installed 5.4.9 and my action bar 1 isn't paging when my rogue stealths/unstealths (if that's even a word :D), rolled back to 5.4.8 and it works as expected.

Hi kimdelee, Sadly I was never a part of the the Discord Mods or Underworld Nexus sites that hosted Lozareths addons and community colabarations back in the day. I originally revived DUF and DART to get my prefered UI back now I'm also working to make them a "current", viable alternative. Maybe a rummage around in the wayback...

Awesome! I used this back in the day for a couple expansions. Great job except for one thing. Each time you configure a new character, it completely overwrites the others. If I decide to use a different skin for different alts, I have to keep rerunning /fm. MazzleUI was awesome, this is just a pale substitute (as you've found out)...

I do it so people can enjoy, so thank you also :). Perfect, thank you. Just upped the scale to 1.0 on the HUD. Again, thank you for bringing back this UI and all the work you do for it.

Hi Nonspecific, Sorry, no HUD configuration in-game yet (except for enabling/disabling) but in the \WTF\account\\SavedVariables\FauxMazzle.lua file there are the settings for the HUD. Just up the scale as desired while not logged in (settings get overwritten each time you logout). Tha class bars are part of Discord Unit Frames...

Thanks stevelongjr1971, The next update (which will have a Mazz' style HUD) will clamp the side panels to the bottomleft/bottom right of the screen rather than attaching to the minimap border texture. This should (fingers crossed) fix that problem. I'll see if I can do something with the unit frames, I'm not sure the budget will s...

Which resolution are you using (I have to admit I don't do much testing in 1200x1080 yet)? Just for clarity, the bottom artwork is actually 4 images, left, right, centre left, centre right. Am I correct theat when you logon the left and right images that don't line up with the sides of the screen but do when you target somone?...

Hey kasca, FauxMazzle currently only supports 1920x1200 and 1920x1080 (sort of) screen resolutions as a Beta. I hope to be adding better scaling as the Beta progresses, If you are using one of these screen resolutions can you describe what you mean by "it all off". Unit frames not positioned, parts of unit frames in the wron...

If I get it wrong, I expect to be set right ;). Maybe not seven years but a long time and the TBC API changes were quite dramatic. The chat settings are stored in :\program files\wow\WTF\Account\\\\chat-cache.txt. Make sure it's no read-only. Quartz OmniCC and a TomTom predecessor were part of the original MazzleUI. I'll see if...

Type /duf (you'll need to move the DUF configuration window out of the way) and you will get a good idea of the overall realestate usage of FauxMazzle over and beyond the day-to-day. Chat frames: on the right hand side there is the combat log and loot frames split left/right and fit the bottom half of the right "castle" background...

I'll add it to the MoveAnything Config. I'm thinking right hand side of the window above where the Xloot rolls are anchored? The left hand side is pretty full with unitframs, boss frames and tooltip. thoughts? It's the battle.net popup window that shows when Bnet friends log in & out. It might even pop up when someone sends a Bne...
