Works fine for me. Try whispering yourself an item link and testing it out. If problem still exists, disable all or most of your other mods and check again.

Also, why is it that the times listed in InFlight are different from Quest Helper's timer - Quest Helper's is usually more accurate.

Capping never did that. In one of the screenshots, that's Cartographer doing that. I believe other map mods do it as well.
