v0.05 alpha should be available soon. If you want v0.04 to work with 4.1, follow these instructions: Find the CombatSounds folder in WoW\Interface\AddOns\ and open CombatSounds.lua in any text editor (syntax highlighting and line numbers will make this easier but aren't required). Find COMBAT_LOG_EVENT_UNFILTERED on line 53....
