It is sFilter. Unfortunately unless you are good at LUA editing, it is not possible to edit it. If you want to move anything, it is all done inside the LUA files. If you play on EU or Asian servers, you may have to add the folders to your WOW folder and then run repair. Some of the WTF files for US might still be there. I know some players from Manaflask had a similar issue and that seemed to fix it.
