Having the same problem with the bnet alert mover. Will be able to test raidframes a bunch in heroic runs tonight. I'll try and test each layout as well, just in case. Tooltips still seem to be stretching across the entire width of the bag layout. Not sure if intended. Happening with all tooltips, not just ones with healthbars...
