What addon causes the smileys in my chats? I've looked around ElvUI_ChatTweaks but couldn't seem to find an option to disable it, maybe something else does this?
Any help? Would like to just see the text instead of smileys!
Turn off smileys support in the Chat section of the configuration menu for the UI.

That would be the embedded threat meter, not a health bar. You can edit the options for this under the General section in the configuration menu.

You can change the way the frames appear in the Party section to appear the same way. Just play with the width, height, x/y placements. You can peek at the raid frames section to see what values they use.

- I dont see the raid frame while in a party, although I have checked the option "Show in group" in the raid setup.

You'll have to be a lot more specific, as the problem you're stating you have is impossible. AddOns cannot control your mouse. What exactly, in detail, is the issue?
