One thing, You think, I should add a icon of the CD ability which only pop and flash in the middle of the screen when the CD end.
More like let us choose to enable it when the CD ends or stars/procs (like berserking) also consider us letting choose the position to where the flash will show. Example of this is http://www.wowace.com...

Became quite addicted to the addon, is it possible to add all other rogue timers like evasion, sprint, etc so ppl don't need to run alternative addons for it and have it all on a single package, one way to implement this without messing up with the more important bars would be to allow the use of different anchors to attach the bars...

Yes bartender has the option but i prefer using Dominos, anyway i don't see the problem in implementing this in tiptac since you are not obligated to used it in the first place is up to the user to decide. Meanwhile i will keep using Combat Hide Tooltip and i don't notice any affect on performance whatsoever.
