Hello, how i can move the panels? When i typ in /eepanels globalsetting lock then i see thes i can go over but i cannot move the frames what i have to do? THX

Hello, its a very nice UI but i play a shamen and ther is this not working, can you make this so thes this UI also works by a Shamen please ? THX allot What in the UI is not working exactly?
