Very nice work.
My guild uses a slightly modified council. In addition to main/off/special we have a 0-5 in .5 increments bid that indicates how much that raider desires an item. Also what tlund brings up is a good point as we only use a single letter ie. m/o. So our standard bid would look something like " 3m".
