I have resolved the issue with the castbar, but the bag settings aren't registering for some reason. I was wondering why it appeared so unconfigured in comparison to the rest of the UI. Damn reflux:( Well for those who download it, simply type "/acb" and load the profile named Halven. The bag is easily configurated.
