go to interface\addons\oUF_Caellian\oUF_cConfig and set party frame variables to this:
partyX = 1550, -- horizontal offset for the party frames
partyY = -828, -- vertical offset for the party frames

i finally stopped being lazy and copied my UI accross to the beta. it all works perfectly except one small thing
the recent change to the UI scaling means that when 4.0.3 comes out (tuesday/wednesday) everything is gunna be out of position. the only way to fix this is to rearrange everything back to normal.
