When I log onto my priest I see all these bars over peoples heads, is there a way to disable them?

When i get home i will look closer and go to pew pew some mobs to see if it's shows or not....

Question about SurgeTrack, is it possible for it to pop up and icon on screen like it does for Art of War and Vengeance? I see Hammer of Wrath in the tracking spells area within the config but I'm not seeing it pop up on screen.
