I see pally power in the addon list but I do not see it in the ui after install or on the addon list ingame. What do I have to do to activate it?

I am using version 1.8.51. Should i remove the combat box on the right: I use the combat box on the right to hold my Carbonite map when questing so it works well for me where it is.
