The first feature is done, but hasn't made it to the current download. Soon! The second one, I'm still playing around with. In lieu of a configuration page, I'll be using the PVP flag capture sounds for the warning. (It'll choose the Horde Flag Capture if you're Alliance, and vice-versa) Originally posted by TGulics An opti...

Oooooh, I always forget that it's not default. I've 'caved' into the requests (kidding) and added a little detail window that will pop up and tell you who that highest (or second highest) person on the threat list is. It will also display the raw value difference between your threat and their own. I've updated the download w...

Hey Bhal - I'd updated this (and Tidy Plates). I'm hoping that your problem is now solved; I made sure the event handler was triggering the module discovery AFTER all the variables were loaded. Thanks VPR - Still working on an alternative configuration for this skin. However, I may just leave this one as is - minimalist - and designed one from the start to carry more information. More designs are coming :-) Also, vertical status bars have been a challenge. I've observed the behavior between the vertical and horiz...

I'll assume you've made sure both are the most recent version, too. I think I know what the problem is, and I'll take a look at the code during lunch break. Should have something up in a couple hours.. Originally posted by Bhalial As I said, I'm no addon noob. Ofcourse I installed TidyPlates :) Still, it chooses the def...

It requires you to also install the addon Tidy Plates. Hope that helps! Originally posted by Bhalial Doesn't work for me. Such a shame. Could you parhaps explain better how to install this? I'm by all means no addon noob, but simply placing this in my addon folder isn't the correct way. Hope to hear from you soon....

Hey there, Shadowed.. thanks for the tip. In one of my early versions, I'd had an issue where incorrect names would appear over characters. The polling seemed to correct that, but perhaps it's no longer necessary. Originally posted by Shadowed Interesting, good luck with this. Some random notes thought just looking at...

I'm glad the performance has been good! That was my original goal with Tidy Plates; To have a design similar to the one I used in Aloft, but with lightweight code. I'll be playing around with this theme, and others, so keep an eye out! :-) Originally posted by nytekat nice! I'm using the original as we speak.. cant wait til...

Yes, I'd definitely like to see your design! As far as Aloft goes; I used it myself for a long time, and it's a very nice bit of software. I don't want to invent the wheel twice, of course, so figuring out Tidy Plate's niche will be interesting. This little dancing banana guy in the smilies menu, makes me think that'd it'd b...

Haha, yeah, I was playing around with this a little more, and I see what you mean. I made this as a concept design skin for Tidy Plates, since I'm trying to develop a skinning system (the original software was a hard-coded appearance). The glass effect turned out so nice that I thought, "Man, I should put this up.." Anyway, I'...

Ahh, 'screenshot'.. lol...hmm.. I must be asleep at the wheel.. The standard interface has a good way of determining who's got the top threat: If you look at your Target Frame, you can see who that unit is targeting. Almost always, that's the person with highest highest threat. Originally posted by 123noob SS = screenshot :...

Good suggestions guys. And, by rank, you mean "Am I 2nd highest threat, or 10th", right? Not sure what 'SS' refers to (same style?); My acronym dictionary is out-of-date. But, having a mouse-over detail would allow me to put in a value indicating the actual delta, so you can see if it's 1000 threat difference, or 10,000. We'll s...

I prefer turning them off, too. Under the TidyPlates\skin folder, there's a file called, config.lua. Open that up in Notepad (or whatever) and look for the line: Show_Level_Text_On_Nameplate = true Change the true to false... reloadui your UI, and you're all set. Release 1.1 is up.. Changes: I've added saving of position, lock, and visibility between sessions. The frame is now clamped to the screen A new slash command has been added: /reset... for those of you (raises own hand) who somehow dropped your frame behind the actionbuttons or some other immobile frame. I've also changed th...

Thanks Darken! Another thing you all might want to change is the scale for the Threat Lead portion of the bar; It's default value is 33%, but tanks might find it useful to increase that value. DPS and Healers won't care, since they just want to stay under 100%. self.CounterThreat:SetMinMaxValues(0,33) At some point, when I...

It's not a bug, per se; It's just that I haven't gotten around to coding something to save information between sessions. Soon, soon... (spent my time-budget in Photoshop, rather than coding - doh! Thanks for the kind words :-) I had used Aloft, and come away with the same feeling. Release 4 introduces a configuration file, which doesn't contain ALL of the necessary configuration variables, but enough of them to be useful. For the rest of this major version, I will be working on adding and optimizing the variables to sup...

Re:Scaling
Posted By: danltiger
Scaling should be pretty straightforward: MainMenuBar:SetScale(scale) (where 'scale' is a variable, defined elsewhere) And, you can do the same thing for each of your actionbars, if needed; MultiBarBottomLeft, MultiBarBottomLeft, MultiBarRight, MultiBarLeft. You'd want to place those under the TidyBar:UpdateUI() function....

I'd uploaded a small change, this morning; It watches for "UNIT_EXITED_VEHICLE". Not sure if that will fix the problem. I'm running on the Windows client, but I'd be a little surprised if this was a platform issue. There's a lot happening behind the scenes, and the way that the action bars get managed via the default handlers...

I just tried Aces High, and I can't seem to duplicate the problem. I've tried both exiting in-combat and out-of-combat. Are you using any other addons? What class are you playing? My main is a druid (which means I see the Shapeshift bar, rather than the Pet bar), and few other addons (Omen, Doublewide, Grid, Combuctor, and a fe...

Anyway, I'm looking into this issue right now; I have attempted to reproduce the issue while up at the Argent Tournament, but things seemed to work fine. I'll try 'Aces High', today.
