I've noticed that output to a chat channel retains the links, it's the output to the chat frame that does not.
EDIT:
I figured it out. There are no Braces around the chat frame output. Very disconcerting. :)

When setting up custom alerts, I'd like to use the icon associated with the (de)buff.
Would it be possible for your addon to do this (similar to how TellMeWhen works when giving it a spellid or buff name)?
Also, would a texture position such as "Top Left + Top Right (Flipped)" be possible?

Failing that, delete the function at line 89, then delete line 17. (That order, just so line numbering doesn't get confusing for people.)

Perhaps I have been blind to it all this time, but your alliance guide, at the beginning, suggests the existence of a portal directly from Stormwind to Ironforge.
If you're referring to the Deeprun Tram, then perhaps some bit of wording could be added to indicate this for people who become confused, such as myself.

I believe this version breaks druid's treeform. I don't believe it's supposed to make a new bar appear, as is the case with bear and cat. A treeform does not gain any new abilities nor a change in fundamental behaviour.

I have reproduced this with my normal addon load, as well as no other addons loaded. I have also reproduced this after deleting the saved variable file for this addon.
