So I'm almost certain this is an issue with Blizzard's cast target resolution. I suspect quite highly that if you have a macro with a very simple /cast Healing Wave then it will cast on you instead of the mouseover target.

Great now we can get together and figure out how to get an officially updated release going! I've been struggling to fix some things: I got the basic errors gone but everytime I left a raid or group the frames were getting stuck so I suspect there's a bunch of work to be done still.

I won't be producing any more versions of LightHeaded beyond Shadowlands with any new comments. I may try to continue to make the existing database available, but I don't have a way to parse Wowhead anymore and won't really go through the difficulty of doing that again.

With some help of the folks on the UIDev discord I was able to track down an issue that was caused by the WorldMap integration that lets you click to set waypoints. The approach I was using broke really badly with Edit Mode and caused some unpredictable issues.
