Double Crazy Arrows?

Since the 2.4 updates, I'm now getting 2 crazy arrows. They both work fine, I can remove one, until I add the next waypoint.
Using TomTom, LightHeaded and TourGuide.
Any ideas?

Not sure if I'm just missing how to do this, or if it's something that needs to be coded in.. but wondering if there could be a "mute sounds" feature added.
I tried removing the sounds, but they keep coming back.
Among from that, this is a killer addon. I love it! Keep up the great work.
