I'll try to take a look at these unit frames at some point.
The only way to avoid the flickering is to disable the healthbar and mana/power bar in TipTac, then turn back on the default health bar. You can find these options under the "Bars" category in the options....

When in a raid in the healing frames there are little "aurawatch" type things that show when, say, your Rejuvenation is coming off the target, is there anyway to implement that into the Party Frames?
