Go grab "Cooldown Timer Text" and "RedRange" to use with this, right now they both work with this addon and give it two elements it is missing. Cooldown timer in numbers over the buttons and coloring the buttons red when out of range. zBar3 is great, just what I was looking for. Easy to set up and works well with enhancement addons....

Using zBar3, which only reds out the hotbar number display and not the icon, I tried "ButtonRange" - it worked but not well. So then I tried this, RedRange and it works perfectly with zBar3. Thank you.
