Is there an event for when a skill is refreshed without expiring? For example I have Pain and Suffering on my Shadow priest and it gives a chance for Mindflay to refresh the duration of SW: Pain. The only Combat log message is SW: Pain is refreshed.

Debuff timing

Is there anyway to trigger a state change a set amount of time BEFORE a debuff drops? I tried using the delay but that is from the beginning of the timer not the end. Logically it seems I could subtract most of the duration and use that as the delay but that doesn't work when I reapply a debuff before it drops.
