I am also having an issue with the buffs/debuffs near the minimap. Sometimes they will show up and sometimes they won't and nothing seems to fix it, doesn't matter if buffs are consolidated or not.
What addon modifies those buffs?

I was able to fix it manually by setting both the parent and anchor frames for the first chat frame to "UIParent" then nudging the box to the proper place. I think I got it to line up with the tooltip... :D

I am having an issue where my kgpanels for my chatbox are anchored to my chatbox so I can't move it or adjust it without moving the frame. If I try to remove the anchor or the parent it outright disappears and won't come back with a /reloadui.

After further investigation I found out that it is Border 6 that is to blame for the discoloration and strange triangles (see another by the chatbox). In the Background Color Blending options I selected disable and it made the triangles and the discoloration go away. What was it being used for?

I am having another issue, this time with kgpanels. I am getting a strange discoloration over my whole screen and a weird semi-transparent triangle at the bottom right of my screen since the patch. I know it is due to kgpanels as I have disabled and re-enabled the addon to reveal the changes. Pictures:
