I had this issue once. Ended up having to wipe out my WTF folder. Also are you using a current version of the ui?
Can you log in if you disable all except for JUST the main "SVUI" addon?
For example, you would disable all of these:

If you're playing in the beta then it may be that you're using the wrong version of SVUI. This version most likely isnt compatible. You need to use this version instead.

It's actually under General>Misc>Enable Comic Popups. Just uncheck the box and reload the ui to be safe.
